No. 21 SQUADRON SOUTH AFRICAN AIR FORCE25th MARCH 1943.ZUARA | 25th Contd.in amongst dispersed aircraft on the L.G. and in shelters.The A.A. was intense and fairly accurate over the target area.Very little damage. After leaving the target area the formation was tattacked by two M.E. 109's. The one machine did not press home ththe attack, but the other came right in. The Baltimore box, whichwas the one attacked opened up with all guns that could bebrought to bear and it was shot down in the sea.
