Attack took place at 1728 hrs from 12500' on a course of 005°. First box dropped a stick from L.029413 to L.029421, right lateral error straddling secondary road. Second box also had a lateral error to the right from L.029411 to L.031416. Slight H.A.A inaccurate from MONTEVARCHI. All A/c returned by 1832 hrs. 8/10th strata-cu. over mountains, 4/10th in target area from 8000' to 12000'. Area cover was provided by Spitfires.
