Attack took place at 1529 hrs from 11000' on a course of 330°, in clear visibility. Both boxes merged into one pattern from C.038090 to C.035094 with isolated bombs carrying on to C.035100. Some explosions followed by black smoke were observed. No enemy opposition. All A/c down by 1612 hrs. He reports 2/Lt Boucher having made a safe parachute descent. Major Job and Lt Stuart both wounded by Flak were not seen to leave the A/c. Capt Hall did not see the A/c crash but obtained confirmation of it from Italian civilians. Major Job & Lt Stuart now missing presumed dead.
