One A/C due to to engine trouble returned early with full bombload. The Formation attacked at 0937 hrs on a course of 290º from 11000'. The first and second third boxes with excellent patterns had 90%+ bombs in target area. The second box had a 200 yards undershoot but one A/C in this box released late and bombs fell across the southern edge of target. No enemy opposition encountered.
