12 Marauders airborne from JESI L/G. at 11.18 Hrs. to bomb two Bridges at ZIDANI MOST R (D) 903221. After rendezvous at CERVIA with 4 Spitfires, they set course for target at 12.02 Hrs. following 24 Squadron. Attack took place in three boxes of four at 13.09 Hrs. from 9500', 10500' and 11000', on a course of 065º, 056º and 045º respectively. First box had a lateral error to the left of about 300 yds, pattern on side of Hills from D903223 to D905224. Second box covered from D902223 to 904224, also a slight lateral error, stick commencing in the river across R.R. lines into buildings. Third box overshot with left error from D903225 to D905226 – No results claimed. Slight L.A.A. from target area, inaccurate and well below. Target clear of cloud but visibility impaired by haze. All A/C landed by 15.07 Hrs.
