12 Balts off at 19.06 Hrs (with 223 Squadron following) to attack a STORES DUMP at B992256, east of Loreta, with a frag load. Whole formation set course from base at 09.48 hrs and bombed from 10,000 feet on a course of 040 degs at 10.15 hrs. Boxes bombed line astern and pattern of whole formation resulted in an overshoot commencing 100 yards East of target from B993256 to B996257 across open country. All A/C down by 11.05 hrs. NO enemy opposition. Visibility hazy; 10/10 Alt/St at 15,000 feet.
