Aircraft started at POLLA and searched the roads. Bombs were dropped on M.T. and lights at the following points in the target area; 2 x 250 at O.3407, 3 x 250 and 16 x 40 at O.1526, 4 x 250 and 32 x 40 at O.0129 to across-roads at O.1049, 6 x 250 and 32 x 40 between O.1049 and WEST of POTENZA. At O.2143 one aircraft (291 U) bombed 20 M.T. and made two strafing attacks from 50 feet. NO results obtained.
