0800 hrs Convoy
The convoy pulled out at 08.00 Hrs. and travelled for about sixty miles before halting at a parking area near the coast; everyone took the opportunity of bathing in the sea and thoroughly enjoyed the occasion.Travelling was slow and difficult through the mountains, but the magnificent scenery compensated for this and made a deep impression on all.
