Lt.Col. Pretorius, the Officer Commanding, today attended another meeting of the Tactical Committee, at which he submitted a memorandum in regard to training of aircrews.Late this evening Major O’Brien arrived with 64 S.A.A.F. personnel 32 of whom were for this squadron, the remainder being for 12 Squadron. The personnel were rapidly accommodated and fed for the night.
