the country at which they arrive. That cash is in the currency of the country and constitutes no difficulty, especially if only such a quantity is drawn as will be spent in the country. Living on the country in this way has added advantage that personnel have no considerable cash in their pockets with the attendant risks of loss when travelling.
For all these reasons, every effort should be made to carry as little as possible of any particular currency out of the confines of the country in which it circulates.
