A Court of Inquiry, constituted as under, will assemble at a
time and place to be decided by the President, to enquire into and report
upon:-
1. The distribution and exchanges of all non-public wireless
sets, not privately owned, in the Squadron during the
period 1/Oct/42 to date hereof.
2. An altercation which took place in the Orderly Room in
connection para. 1. hereof on the afternoon of 22/Feb/43.
Evidence will be taken on oath and the Court will attribute blame,
if any.

WITNESSES:
The Adjutant No. 21 Squadron S.A.A.F. will warn all
witnesses to attend and will arrange for the production of relative
