Crew Lists (Appendix 'C')

Crew lists were attached to the original logbook as Appendix 'C', recorded by a handwritten margin note ('CREW LISTS ATTACHED - APPENDIX C') on the Sept. 6th, 1942 page. The appendix's actual content is not transcribed in document 268-1_1; this is a placeholder noting the attachment existed.
